Okay thank you. Dan let me know that he is working on it. Is the "2nd menu" for items you want to fall under the primary menu tabs when scrolling over or clicking on primary tab? Just place something in" 2nd menu" and set the patent?

You will want to add any items to the Primary Menu if you want things to go to the top, Navigation menu if you want it on the left.

U.S. foreclosures down nearly 30 percent

U.S. foreclosures down nearly 30 percent Spotlight On Residential Real Estate Market Data provided by Bloomberg News Home repossessions in the U.S. plunged 29 percent last month from a year earlier to the lowest level since 2007 amid increased efforts by state lawmakers and courts to delay property seizures, according to RealtyTrac. California lawTotal filings have fallen for 29 straight months on an annual basis, and home seizures have dropped for 27 of the past 28 months, following a coordinated legal probe by U.S. states into faulty mortgage processing, according to RealtyTrac. The delaying effects of legislation in California and other states was evident in the prevalence of repossessions of homes with "well-aged, bad loans" originated from 2005 to 2007, which represent 65 percent of all mortgages in the foreclosure process nationwide, Blomquist said.

Re: Selection Panels v Damage Panels

Home Inspection Pro - Tue, 03/19/2013 - 01:32
I think the Material Panel is a very good idea, however I believe it could even be better if you had the options available to the Materials Panel as what is already available to the Damage Panel.

In relation to Bobs last post, whether this would make a...

Craig,
While the seller did the right thing in having a pre-listing inspection done, in order to help them understand the condition of the home and assist with disclosures, this should not have dissuaded you from getting your own inspection.
With that ...
