Hi Eric,

Open up the 2 commercial templates in HIP and modify as needed. They're both based on ASTM & the InterNACHI commsop. ASTM is a huge very broad standard and there's no real way to build an exact template based on it as every commercial job will...

I don't think the footer is the problem, I changed my theme to 26 and it didn't work on mine. You can try to put it in the footer through the site info., but I don't think you can copy the source code there. Anyway Dom will know for sure, but I think I...

Home sales, prices rise to highest in years

Home sales, prices rise to highest in years [...] U.S. home prices rose 6.5 percent in the 12 months ending in January, the biggest year-over-year jump since 2006, as values surged on the West Coast and in the area including Nevada and Arizona, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Thursday. Growing demand for homes combined with limited supply is pushing property values up, leading to gains in household confidence and wealth that are helping propel consumer spending. Easier access to credit and bigger gains in the labor market may be needed to give the housing market an additional boost and ensure it will keep contributing to the economy. "Home sales are trending up at a moderate rate rather than at a rapid rate," said Michael Moran, chief economist at Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc., who correctly forecast the February pace. Fed strategyFederal Reserve policymakers said Wednesday that they will continue to buy securities at a pace of $85 billion a month to spur economic growth and reduce unemployment. Lennar Corp., the third-largest U.S. home builder by revenue, said orders rose in the fiscal first quarter.

Since the house was built in 2006, it is most likely the 2002 NEC that is the governing code.  The 2005 version may not have been adopted by your local AHJ by 2006.
